• Fraud, collusion, use of bots or any other unlawful activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• The member is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

If termination is not caused by any fault of the member, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in the account will be returned within 7 business days via the registered payment method. • Ubet88 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms or the applicable game rules.
• Ubet88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total real money deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Ubet88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to business requirements, legal changes or platform improvements. Changes will take effect as follows:

• Notice of changes will be sent to members via their registered email address at least 7 days before the effective date, except for amendments required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.
• The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with a clearly stated update date.
